4 Months Into Drinking AG1 Daily, These Are The 4 Biggest Benefits I’ve Seen

After being hammered with ads for AG1 by Andrew Huberman and Tim Ferriss for a couple of years, I finally caved and subscribed.
AG1 makes many bold claims, making it hard to say no to purchasing the product.
Clearly, it worked on me.
Some of these claims include:
Improving your gut health
Increased focus & energy
Improved stress, mood & immunity
The question is, are these claims noticeably true?
I’ve been taking AG1 by Athletic Greens daily for 4 months now and want to tell you about the biggest changes I’ve seen!
1. Feel better about my daily diet
Regardless of the effects AG1 may (or may not) have on you, the psychological ones are undeniable.
On any given day, I am quite busy, which often leads me to not eating healthy.
Sure, I can avoid junk food, processed foods and so on. But, I often don’t get enough vegetables or meats because of what is readily available.
Consuming AG1 daily makes me feel better about my daily diet because I know I am covering a lot of my bases.
It’s not a complete substitute for your veggies, but it helps.
And, just knowing it helps allows me to go on with my day, keeping busy, without feeling guilty or like I am slowly dying inside from not eating as well as I would like to.
That comfort is priceless.
2. Fat loss
When I recently opened my new restaurant, my work week went from 40-50 hours to close to 90 hours. This is one of the main reasons I started taking AG1.
Working in the restaurant, my daily steps went from 5-10 thousand to 10-25 thousand.
Also, I eat in much smaller quantities than before.
So, there could be multiple reasons contributing to my fat loss. Regardless, I’ve lost around 20 pounds overall in 4 months (from 200 to 180 pounds).
There is a good chance some of that is muscle, but I do feel lighter, look slimmer and receive compliments on my fat loss almost daily.
AG1 claims to contribute to fat loss and I believe it is one of the main reasons I have lost 20 pounds in 4 months.
3. Encouragement to make healthier choices
Back to the psychological benefits, I believe that healthy choices encourage each other.
For example, when you workout, you are more likely to eat healthy because you don’t want to ruin the effort and progress you made by going to the gym.
The same thing happens when you start to take AG1 daily.
I take my dose first thing in the morning. From there, I tend to make healthier choices because I’ve already started my day off right.
This has resulted in me not only eating better (when I can), but also led to me going to the gym and running more.
The more healthy choices you can make, the better.
AG1 is my first healthy choice each day.
4. Digestion improvements
I’m sorry if this section is T.M.I., but it has to be said.
Since I started taking AG1, my bowel movements have been far more regular, and are the same every single day.
On top of that, I have far fewer stomach pains and nausea in general.
It is quite likely that is because of all the probiotics I am getting by consuming AG1 daily. Whatever the reason, I’m all for it.
One could say that this is also because I am getting more steps in, going to the gym regularly or eating healthier.
But, as I said before, I believe all of these are correlated and contribute to each other.

I’m sorry if this sounds like a commercial, but after seeing ads for AG1 constantly, I wanted to try it and give my honest opinion.
This was my honest opinion.
By taking AG1 regularly, my healthier behaviours have improved, and compounded, and as a result, I have seen multiple benefits.
